Thank you for choosing Florence Family Dentistry! We appreciate you placing your trust and confidence in us to partner with for your dental care. Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During this first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your dentist.
At Florence Family Dentistry, we know your time is valuable and will make every effort to see you promptly at your scheduled appointment time. You can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, to receive care in a professional manner, and provided in a clean and organized facility. On your first visit, your dentist will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take high definition pictures of your teeth and your dentist will explain to you whether or not you will require any treatment. If your dentist recommends treatment, we will review your dental benefit options and costs to help you navigate your dental wellness plan. Our team will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
As a new patient, all forms will be emailed to you. It is very helpful to have these forms completed in advance. If you don’t receive these forms via email, please let us know. Once completed, just email them back to us. It's that simple!
Please be on time for your appointment, as we have reserved that slot just for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask for 48 hours’ notice so that we can offer that appointment time to another patient. Unless the circumstances are unavoidable, we may charge a fee for a late cancellation or missed appointment.
